    The blend includes Honeybush a shrub from South Africa popular in folk remedies to improve the immune system + fight inflammation. Lavender to bring on a sense of calm. Lemon Balm  an amazing herb to reduce stress + anxiety. Passion Flower to also alleviate anxiety + prevent insomnia. Chamomile Blossoms to reduce inflammation, help with relaxation, sleep + as a bonus great for skin. Valerian Root to further ease anxiety + assist with a restful sleep. Rose Petals to raise your vibration, high in antioxidants, improves digestion + blue cornflowers to fortify the body + aid in digestion.
