HISTORY OF BODHI TREE
The Bodhi Tree is the enormous, sacred fig tree in Bodh Gaya (a religious site and place of pilgrimage in Gaya district in the Indian state of Bihar under which the Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, is said to have attained enlightenment. It often symbolizes wisdom, compassion and awareness in the Buddhist faith. It is believed that to sit under the Bodhi Tree one gains the wisdom of the Buddha. We believe that to sip on a cup of YAXCHE Bodhi Tree one gains not only wisdom but a nice jolt of calm energy.
